Customers who bought a ticket for a domestic flight that was cancelled up to 24 hours prior to departure are covered by the new JetBlue Rebooking Policy. They can choose to rebook for a flight on the same company at no additional cost or on a different company for the same price. There are numerous reasons why you might need to rebook your Jetblue flight. Perhaps you need to reschedule your flight because you were unable to travel for any reason. Or perhaps there was a crisis. Whatever the cause, you can change the date of your JetBlue Airlines flight as long as you go by the rebooking policy's guidelines. Within 24 hours before the scheduled departure time, a JetBlue flight may be changed or cancelled without incurring a fee. Check to see if you can get a refund on your fare. If you're flying on a Blue Plus rate or higher, for instance, you should be allowed to cancel without incurring a fee within 24 hours of making your reservation.
